We met on Monday, February 17, 1975.
We were students at the University of New Hampshire and our paths crossed that day in the office of The Granite, the school yearbook.
I was there to have my senior picture taken and you were working at the front desk, checking people in for their appointments.
Our first official date was on Tuesday, February 25.
We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary this past August.
This is the song that the band played at our wedding reception for our “first dance.”
As true now as it was then.
Happy Valentine’s Day (#46) to you, my one and only.
Congratulations! Hope you two have a wonderful day.
Thanks, Max! We had a good day, just staying home. Valentine’s 2020 was the last time we ate out at a restaurant. Never would have imagined… all of this.
I know…we are at home also…we haven’t eaten out since last year also…early last year.
No it’s safe to say…I didn’t see this coming.
What a special day that was…with so many Valentine’s Days to follow. ❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day to you, my one and only, too.
Yes! I am so looking forward to all of the February 14s and 17s that lie ahead for us.
Yes. So looking forward to many more February 14’s and 17’s together.
